Arts & Culture Master Plan
Dear Portland Area Residents,
The Portland Community Arts Council is in the process of creating an Arts and Culture Master Plan for the City. This Master Plan will serve as a guide for future
arts-and-culture development in Portland. These potential changes will affect all Portland residents, so we've taken a survey to learn your opinions and thoughts about Portland's arts and
culture. The plan will be posted here when it is completed.
If you have any questions or concerns about the survey or the Arts and Culture Master Plan, please contact the Portland Community Arts Council by emailing us at this
link.
Many thanks to Natalie Youakim, our Cool Cities intern, and to the Michigan Cool Cities program!

Plunge was a great success!
A dozen people jumped into a hole cut in the frozen Grand River this year to raise money for PCAC programming. Thank you, all you brave souls! We'll have footage and photos soon.
